Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Flipage, a mobile and web service operated by Adritica BCN SL, Barcelona, Spain.

By using Flipage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Our Service

Flipage lets users create digital flipbook-style outputs from uploaded video or image content. The service may include frame extraction, frame editing, style/template processing, AI-assisted transformations, PDF exports, video exports, sharing, print preparation, notifications, and future print or delivery-related services.

Some features may be experimental, in beta, or unavailable in certain regions.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (14 in Spain, or older where local law requires) and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Flipage only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If you use Flipage on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You can create an account with your email address or your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the videos, images, frames, titles, and other content you upload or create using Flipage.

By uploading content, you grant Flipage a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transform, store, display, and export that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content, including permission from any people appearing in the content where required by law.

4. Generated Outputs

Flipage may create styled frames, PDF files, video previews, thumbnails, and other generated outputs based on your uploaded content and selected templates.

Generated outputs may vary. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted or automated processing will be error-free, uninterrupted, visually identical across frames, suitable for every print method, or appropriate for every personal or commercial use.

5. AI and Third-Party Processing

Some Flipage features use third-party infrastructure, storage, analytics, notification, or AI image-generation providers to process content and provide the service.

We use these providers to perform functions such as authentication, hosting, media processing, export generation, app diagnostics, analytics, notifications, and service delivery. We do not use your content to train AI models. The full list of providers is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Print and Delivery Interest

Flipage may allow you to express interest in future print and delivery services. Submitting a "Notify Me" or similar request does not create a purchase, print order, shipment, reservation, or payment obligation.

If paid print or delivery services are launched, additional checkout, pricing, shipping, cancellation, refund, and fulfillment terms may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flipage to upload, generate, share, or process content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, non-consensual, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

You also agree not to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, bypass security controls, or misuse the service.

Reporting Content

If you believe content processed through Flipage infringes your copyright or other rights, or is illegal or non-consensual, email info@adritica.es with a description of the content, why you believe it is unlawful, and your contact details. We will review the report and may remove the content or suspend the account involved.

8. Intellectual Property

Flipage, including its software, interface, branding, templates, workflows, and related technology, is owned by Adritica BCN SL or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Flipage technology, branding, or service assets to you.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data and uploaded content to provide Flipage, including account access, frame extraction, style processing, export generation, notifications, support, analytics, security, and service improvement.

Where applicable, users may have privacy rights under GDPR, Spanish data protection law, and U.S. state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA. These rights may include access, deletion, correction, portability, objection or restriction of processing, opt-out rights, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Flipage may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, or fail to process content correctly. Exports, generated media, or stored files may occasionally need to be retried or regenerated.

11. Purchases and Credits

Some Flipage features, such as AI styles, use credits. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

• Credits are one-time in-app purchases made through Google Play. Flipage does not currently offer subscriptions.
• Payment is handled by Google Play under its own terms. We do not receive your card details.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and can only be used in Flipage.
• If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance.
• Unused credits are lost if your account is deleted or terminated, except where the law requires otherwise.

Refund requests for purchases are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you agree that credits are made available immediately after purchase. Once they are delivered, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by EU consumer law.

If paid print or delivery services are launched, additional terms will apply to them.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using Flipage at any time. To delete your account, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account removes your content from our servers and any unused credits.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, infringed third-party rights, or used the service unlawfully.

13. Disclaimers

Flipage is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adritica BCN SL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Flipage after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country or region.

17. Google Play Terms

Flipage is distributed through Google Play. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Play.
